Outdoor
advertising – Billboards – is where
we started, auditing both the effectiveness of campaign buying,
and the management of portfolios of sites for multiple property
owners
such as pub companies.
We were then commissioned to manage
portfolios of sites ourselves, negotiating with outdoor contractors
on our
clients’ behalf and developing
new sites.
More recently we returned to auditing
campaigns, developing a system integrating both quantitative
and qualitative
data to build a picture of the
efficiency of a campaign.
We
currently work for a select band of
clients, specifying structures, and the contractors to operate
them, which will create the most
effective out-of-home advertising, and produce the maximum revenue.
